These elections seem to be just like big sporting events. It’s not about opened and enlightened debate or free flowing entertainment. It’s all about the outcome and about winning - whatever the voter (or in this case the customer) may think.
Now put this into a business context. Rather than being defensive think how lucrative a good marketing campaign can be if you actually have a positive message? We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, if people actually care for your product in the first place and they are ambassadors for what you offer then with a sound marketing mix the options are limitless. Before long the public will be voting in their droves, voting with their feet to buy your product or service.
